We take as much pride in shipping as we do in creating our products.

Each shipment is handled personally and with the utmost care and is specially packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Upon request, we can also include a complimentary gift card with a personal message. 

For all our orders 48 hours advance notice is required.

Pick up:

Pickup time from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to be selected when you check out.
Please present your order confirmation during the selected period to redeem purchased item(s) at Essentia by Holger Deh.
For any order at or above HKD 800, if you choose to collect the order at Pacific Place Pop Up, please present the order confirmation number and the payment credit card when the order is collected.
If you or the authorized person is unable to share the requested information during order collection, Essentia by Holger Deh reserves the right to collect the person’s information for security reasons. Please click here for more details on our Privacy Policy.

Delivery:

We offer complimentary delivery for all orders of HKD 800 and above.
Delivery hours: 12 noon to 3 p.m. or 3 to 7 p.m. to be selected upon check out.

Delivery charge per location:

Kowloon $100
Hong Kong Island $110
New Territories $130

Currently, we only deliver within Hong Kong SAR (excluding Outlying Islands, Lantau Island, and remote areas). Should you wish to deliver your order to multiple locations or partially, please place your order separately.

Delivery may be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.
In this event, we will contact you by phone or email the following business day to arrange for an alternative delivery time.
