About Holger Deh
Growing up in Balingen, a town in Southern Germany, Holger Deh has found his interest in baking since he was young.
From a little boy making baked goods in the kitchen with his family to a seasoned Executive Pastry Chef, Holger has gained extensive knowledge and skills from experiences in renowned restaurants and 5-star hotels like Rosewood, Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons and The Peninsula.
His passion for creating delicious treats that make people feel good mentally and physically has never changed, and this conception is also reflected in Essentia's philosophy.
